Bill Wilson

Pastor Bill established Metro World Child in 1980 in what was one of New York City’s roughest neighbourhoods, most commonly known for its history of gang violence, crime, drugs, and poverty. His unique concepts of outreach and Sunday School programs, along with training courses and curriculum development,

are now replicated globally. This ensures that as many children as possible hear the Gospel and experience the love of Christ. This international ministry reaches over 230,000 children weekly.

JANINE STELLATOS (Director of Metro World Child Kenya-International)

We are delighted to welcome JANINE STELLATOS to CBC on Saturday 10th November 2018. Born in Scotland, Janine lived and worked in England most of her life. Janine has been involved with Metro on a voluntary capacity since 1994 and in 2006, came on as staff in the Metro UK office. In June 2012, she left the UK and moved to Kenya to devote herself to work there. Since she was a 5-year-old little girl who gave her life to Christ, Janine knew she had been called to be a missionary in Africa and when she met Pastor Bill and came to know Metro, she knew this was a call from God and never questioned it since. She counts it her joy and utmost honour to serve God through Metro which was founded by Pastor Bill Wilson in 1980, Metro World Child has worked to rescue hurting children and offer a message of salvation and love that encourages them to stay in school and away from gangs and other destructive or criminal behaviours so common in inner-city environments. Metro meets both spiritual and physical needs through long-term one-on-one relationships, mentorship, child sponsorship and visitation.

Riley Stephenson

Riley Stephenson is the Minister of Evangelism for Kenneth Copeland Ministries. He teaches, trains, equips and mobilizes churches to go into their ‘world’ and bring in a harvest of souls into the Kingdom. Riley’s mission is to help equip Christians to successfully take the good news of God’s love to a lost and dying world and confidently lead anyone to salvation in Christ.

Graduates and current students of Coventry Bible College were welcomed to attend and learn from Riley Stephenson who is the Evangelist for Kenneth Copeland Ministries, USA on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th September 2017. He took the whole weekend to teach on evangelism and then the students were able to put into practice what Riley taught as they went out onto the streets with Riley on the Saturday afternoon. Riley sees multitudes of people coming to the Lord as he preaches and does outreaches across the United States and that was no different on this occasion in Coventry City.
